Chemical Circulator Series

Primarily used in refineries during plant shutdown, the Chemical Circulator has been engineered to clean and remove scale deposits from piping, heat exchangers and reactors, as well as condenser and compressor units. This series comes equipped with dual circulating tanks at 1000 USG, a belt driven centrifugal pump at 450 USG, 4" schedule/80 inlet and outlet piping, plus a safety walkway and drum platform for your convenience. Keep your downtime to a minimal and depend on Cusco's Chemical Circulator for a quick and efficient startup.

Available Options: Interior tank with 3/16 Chlorobutyl lining, Teflon pipe lining, auxiliary centrifugal off-loading pump and toolboxes.

Inlet piping

(Tank return):

Located on the driver’s side, 4” flanged outlet found on the bottom of each tank, 150 lbs flange rating, 4” Sch 80 piping, 2 – 4” butterfly outlet valves air actuated spring return, 3" – 4” manual valves, 2 – outlets with 4” hammer lock type coupling and cap, half bleeder valve with hose, shear section located at each outlet valve.

Outlet Piping

(Pump feed):

4” flanged nozzle located at the bottom of each tank with 4” butterfly valve air actuated spring return, 150 lbs flanges, Sch 80 piping outlet located on the driver’s side and manifold to pump, with 3 – 4” manual butterfly valves, 4” expansion joint assembly and 4” hammer lock type coupling and cap, shear section located at the bottom of the outlet valve.

Outlet Piping

(Pump):

3” flanged outlet manifold with dual 3”outlets, includes 2 – 3” manual butterfly valves, 3” hammer lock coupling and cap, half bleeder valve with hose located at each outlet.

Centrifugal Pump Specifications: Mission Fluid King Magnum I model no. 640203271IT90 hard iron housing, mechanical seal, 13” diameter impeller, 4” suction, 3” outlet 450 GPM.
Drive:

Belt driven from 8 bolt air-shift PTO mounted on transmission, includes pump mounting frame, jack shaft, pulleys, remote grease lines and belt guard.

Controls:

Sealed control box with glass window encloses air actuated switches for valve control, truck throttle control and engine tachometer.
